BASE CAMP & LEADERSHIP SUMMIT
Base Camp and Leadership Summit positions district leaders to learn alongside school leaders and teachers and to engage their team in uninterrupted, strategic work that will drive improvement. Central office leaders build credibility and trust through their engagement in this intensive, team-based learning experience.
We work side-by-side with central office leaders to identify the leadership gaps they want to close and design authentic opportunities for coaches to practice relevant skills, receive valuable feedback, and grow. Our coaching helps superintendents and other district leaders realize their fullest potential.
Design Team is a unifying experience that builds shared understanding about leadership expectations for current and aspiring leaders. We facilitate deep conversation among district and school leaders that builds empathy and promotes accountability within the learning community. Participants walk away with a shared vision for leadership excellence--not only for future leaders in their school system, but also for themselves.
Alongside the Georgia School Boards Association (GSBA), we help central office leaders develop robust and actionable plans for system-wide growth. Our process is inclusive of community voice and the result is a plan that drives multi-year improvement efforts.
