LIT: Literacy Implementation Team - Cohort 2

Please complete this registration form for Literacy Implementation Teams (LIT) Cohort 2. GLISI will confirm your reservation pending seat availability upon receipt of this form. LIT is an experience designed for school or district teams of 8-12 people developing and refining plans for implementing effective literacy practices and building a culture of literacy in their school/district. It is best suited for teams who desire implementation coaching support throughout the 2025-2026 school year and networking opportunities with regional systems tackling the same problems. Cost ranges from $35,000-$41,000 per team and includes Performance Coach support throughout the year with monthly face-to-face coaching; 3 days, 2 nights in Peachtree City from Sept. 24-26, 2025 and opportunities to visit and observe other schools. All meals are included for the September convening in Peachtree City, and breakfast and lunch are included during the regional check in the spring. Questions? LIT is designed for existing school or district teams that are working to implement a comprehensive literacy strategy. Ideal team configurations include key decision makers and implementers of your plan. For a school this would include the principal, assistant principal, academic coaches, and leadership team members from each grade level. For district teams this would include the Superintendent, Chief Academic Officer or similar role, ELA Coordinator, districtwide academic coaches, and principals from participating schools and teacher representatives.
