Meet Our Team

Our secret sauce is our people.

Teachers at heart.

We have more than six decades of diverse experience leading learning. Our bucket is filled when we help people see the strength in themselves, their team and their community.

Passionate about people.

It is our privilege and pleasure to help fellow leaders tap into their unique strengths.  We bring a genuine love and curiosity for understanding each person we serve more deeply and supporting their growth.

Solution seekers.

We are expert at getting teams unstuck and sparking new ways of thinking to overcome persistent challenges.

Fueled by our mission.

We live for the challenge of realizing more equitable educational experiences for all students.

"Aaryn inspired, listened, and validated our work. He gave innovative ideas to constructively nudge our team toward success."
