If you are interested in participating in LIT (Literacy Implementation Team), please fill out out the form below. Our team will be in touch shortly to discuss your specific needs. LIT is an experience designed for school and district teams of 8-12 people developing and refining plans for implementing effective literacy practices in their school/district. It is best suited for teams who desire implementation coaching support throughout the 2024-2025 school year and networking opportunities with regional systems tackling the same problems. Cost is $35,000 per team and includes Performance Coach support throughout the year; 2 nights in Peachtree City from Sept. 9-11, 2024 for the opening convening; 1 night/2 days in Peachtree City from Nov. 11-12, 2024 for the second convening; and 1 regional impact check and network engagement on March 19, 2025. All meals are included for the September and November convenings in Peachtree City, and breakfast and lunch are included during the regional check in March.

LIT is designed for existing school/district teams that are working to implement a comprehensive literacy strategy. Ideal team configurations include key decision makers and implementers of your plan. For a school this would include the principal, assistant principal, academic coaches, and leadership team members from each grade level. For district teams this would include the Superintendent, Chief Academic Officer or similar role, ELA Coordinator, districtwide academic coaches, and principals from participating schools and teacher representatives.
