Plans that are misaligned with the real roadblocks to improvement, developed in silos, or that focus too much on goals and too little on actions aren't effective change tools. Summer Leadership Retreat | Richmond County School System

GLISI designed and delivered a retreat for approximately 60 district leaders. The two-day retreat, based in Savannah, nurtured relationships across departments and explored the challenges and opportunities from the past school year to apply lessons learned to growth plans for school and system-level change.
