Assistant Principals wear multiple hats to serve others in so many ways—leader, manager, worker, and confidante just to name a few. It can be challenging to deliberately work on your own craft when you are constantly helping someone else.

Join a hour-long learning lab occurring twice a month until June 2021 that connects you with other APs facing similar hurdles. The AP Growth Network is a chance to learn what other assistant principals are doing and to share strategies that will help each individual in the network grow.

Equity Consciousness Course

Equity Consciousness Course

Educators confront injustice and inequity in their daily walks. This course, launching the week of October 19th, is delivered via two-way text messaging and offered in varying time-commitments. It is designed to build awareness, support in-the-moment learning and encourage reflection that hones educators’ equity consciousness.

This course can stand alone for individuals who want to build their equity muscle, with an option to deepen your understanding and put it into practice even more in Part Two of the course, coming February 2021. If you are interested in engaging a team in this course, additional materials are available to facilitate meaningful conversation.
